The Final Reckoning: Part II
Part I laid out the cycle. It is playing out exactly as forecast. Part II goes deeper — the business cycle, the stock market, and the property markets, mapping the road to 2032.
Event Briefing
Part I called the turns. The data proved it.
In Part I, we mapped the 18.6-year land cycle and the business cycle. We didn't give general theories. We gave specific dates and targets for the Australian economy. That cycle is now in motion.
Last year, over 150 attended live, and hundreds more watched the replay. This time, because of the sensitive nature of the cycle forecasts we are releasing, we are capping the event at exactly 100 seats. There will be no replay.
Part II covers what comes next. None of it will be published. None of it will be recorded for public release. If you are not in the room, you will not hear it.
What will be revealed on Sunday, 20th September
This is a closed-door briefing. We will not be releasing a recording. The speakers will be sharing specific cycle forecasts and risk parameters that are too sensitive to publish online:
- The 2026–2032 Road Map: The exact calendar timeline for the business cycle rollover and the stock market peak.
- Australia's Property Correction: Which specific capital city suburbs and regional markets face the highest risk of a 50–60% drop as the land cycle peak concludes — and the data you must watch to see the turn first.
- The Liquidity Playbook: The practical steps to structure and insulate your capital before credit contracts and the banking system fractures.
The final session of the afternoon is a live, unrecorded Q&A. Bring your specific portfolio, market, and timing questions. What is discussed in this room stays in this room.
